Have a question? We’ve compiled answers to the most commonly asked questions about using the Member Hub. If you don’t find what you need, email us at members@natlands.org.
Natural Lands memberships are renewed through gifts of any amount, so you’ll see a “Make a Gift” button instead of a separate “Renew My Membership” button. Simply click “Make a Gift” to make your renewal gift. Once your gift is complete, your membership will be automatically renewed for another year.
It can take a day or so for your membership renewal to be recorded and reflected in the Member Hub. If you still don’t see it after that time period, please reach out to members@natlands.org for assistance.
Yes, partially. You can view your event ticket purchases and other transactions under Giving History. Free events that you’ve registered for will not be shown.
Members who have set up monthly recurring gifts will see their expiration date shown as 1/1/1 because of the ongoing nature of their giving.
If your membership information isn’t populating, your membership has likely lapsed. If you feel that’s incorrect, please reach out to us at members@natlands.org and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
