Senior Director of Development Services and Operations

As senior director of development services, Mohammed manages a team of people who keep our donor records in tip-top shape and help support and improve the technology, workflows, and data within the development department that enable their development teammates to be successful.

The majority of Mohammed’s career has been spent building the operations, data systems, and reporting infrastructure behind fundraising teams at major research universities. His work has focused on data analytics, digital transformation, and development services. In short, he builds the backbone systems that help fundraising teams spend more time with donors.

Mohammed grew up in a beach town, where sand and waves made up the landscape he knew. He says, “My first real memory of nature outside that world came years later, during college in Europe, when I saw snow for the first time in the Haut-Alsace region of France.”

He earned a Master of Science in management information systems and a Graduate Certificate in data mining, both from the University of Central Florida.
