Laura DeFlavia

Vice President of Finance

Laura joined Natural Lands in 2026 as vice president of finance. In her role, she oversees the organization’s finance and information technology groups. 

With a long career in the nonprofit sector, she spent seven years at The Foundation for Delaware County as chief financial officer, overseeing all investments and finances for the foundation. Prior to that job, Laura was the controller for the Pottstown Area Health and Wellness Foundation for 13 years.   

Laura loves spending time outdoors running and biking, especially along the Ocean City, NJ, boardwalk. 

A graduate of Cabrini University, Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in marketing, receiving the PICPA Award for Excellence in accounting studies.
