Its roots may be pink but Woodland Pinkroot’s blooms are an unmistakable fiery red. The outer red petals contrast nicely with gold interiors, reminiscent of firecrackers lighting up your summer shade garden. Hummingbirds love these trumpet-shaped flowers for their nectar.
