Pinkshell Azalea

Pinkshell Azalea is a rare and beautiful azalea that is found in only in the southern Blue Ridge mountains. It is one of the first native azaleas to bloom with gorgeous pink flowers on leafless stems, lighting woodland gardens with clouds of pink. As a deciduous azalea, it loses its leaves in the fall, but not before putting on a vibrant display of fiery oranges and reds.
