Oakleaf Hydrangea
Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Little Honey’
Need a little sunshine in your life? Look no further than ‘Little Honey’, an unbelievable gold foliaged version of the much loved oakleaf hydrangea. The leaves look like they’ve been completely saturated by a Sharpie highlighter – and not the weird neon green kind, but the more attractive canary yellow variety. Expect the same gorgeous cream-colored flowers as the species in late spring and early summer. Although smaller than the typical species, this variety will actually grow about as big as laundry machine.

Size: 4′ tall and wide

Wildlife Value: Flowers highly attractive to bees and other pollinators; songbirds eat the seeds
