Senior Director of Development Services

As senior director of development services, Jill manages a team of people who keep our donor records in tip-top shape and help support and improve the technology, workflows, and data within the development department that enable their development teammates to be successful.

The bulk of her career has been spent with non-profit development departments focused primarily on the creation and execution of fundraising strategy and business operations as well as annual giving, community fundraising, and donor communications.

Jill says one of her favorite activities is hiking in the woods with her husband. “My husband and I try to hike every weekend, and we often hike together for miles without speaking. Although we love being together, we also enjoy this quiet time and find it promotes a sense of calm and strengthens our connection to nature.”

She earned both a Bachelor of Arts in business and a Master of Science in health promotion from the University of Delaware.
