The Natural Lands Trust SCVNGR Challenge is a great way for kids of all ages to explore nature.
Using the free SCVNGR app for iPhones, iPads, and Adroid devices, you can can take a fun and educational tour of our 574-acre Stroud Preserve. Along the way, you’ll take challenges that include questions and activities designed to help you learn about the natural resources you encounter at the preserve.
The Natural Lands Trust SCVNGR challenge is great for family outings as well as scout troops, small school or church groups, after-school programs, etc. We even have tablets available for group use. (Click here to learn more about group outings with SCVNGR.)
Ready to Take the Challenge?
1.) Download the free SCVNGR app to your iPhone, iPad, or Android-powered device. You can find it in the Apple App Store or the Android Market.
2.) Visit our Stroud Preserve at 454 North Creek Road, West Chester, PA.
3.) Open SCVNGR and click on “Treks.” Look for the ‘Stroud Preserve – NLT’ trek.
4.) Visit the places on the screen and complete the challenges.
5.) Have fun!
