Land Trust Accreditation Seal

This rural county at New Jersey's southern end lies along the Delaware Bay and includes some of the most ecologically-important landscapes in the Mid-Atlantic. Its shoreline is globally significant because it is a critical feeding ground for migrating shorebirds.

Natural Lands Trust began preserving land here since the early 1960's when our founders discovered the diverse wildlife that called the area home. Since that time we've established our largest preserve here, the Glades Wildlife Refuge.

Bald Eagles, Great Blue Herons and a variety of other spectacular birds await your visit.
