Montgomery County has been at the forefront of conservation efforts in the region for several years. In fact, in 2003, county residents overwhelmingly passed a $150 million open space bond - the largest county program in history.

Natural Lands Trust is deeply invested in conservation in Montgomery County. In addition to our direct efforts, we have a formal partnership with the Montgomery County Lands Trust which greatly increases our impact.
