Land Protection
Natural Lands Trust has been preserving land in the Delaware Valley for over fifty years. In that time, we've partnered with hundreds of landowners - individuals, families, institutions and communities - to realize the dream of protecting open space, forever.

Land is "protected" when it has been set aside - never to be developed. In different situations, land protection can take different forms and require a variety of tools.

Acquisition
Natural Lands Trust's greatest strength is taking permanent ownership of land - just as we've done with the almost 20,000 acres of nature preserves we currently own and manage in the region.
